1. Braid your hair

Start from he bottom of the knot, and patiently work your way up towards the scalp.

4. Brush your hair twice a day

If your hair is prone to tangling, it's probably not a good idea to let it down f or long hours without brushing it. Brush your hair twice a day using a soft bristle brush, especially before a shower and before you hit the bed.
