Cosmo Exclusive: Priyanka Chopra's the New Global Ambassador for Pantene!

Can't wait to see the new campaign...

Working and chilling with Hollywood peeps is just another day in PC's life. And the actor, who's now representing India on a global platform (she's all over international magazine covers, talk shows and what have you!), has been signed on by hair care giant Pantene as their new global ambassador. Joining the powerful roster of celebrities like Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding, and Gisele Bundchen, the Bollywood actor will not only represent the brand in India but also globally (a first for an Indian actor).

Pantene stands for 'Strong is Beautiful' and Priyanka Chopra embodies this by inspiring women across the globe with her inner strength and beauty. The brand's new campaign will have PC celebrating Pantene's biggest breakthrough in 30 years—a new formula with pro-vitamins and goodness of oils, that helps in making hair thicker and stronger in just 14 days.

Priyanka's lustrous hair has received its fair share of worldwide fame, with many proclaiming that her hair deserves 'an Emmy' of its own! Talking about her association with the brand, Priyanka says: "I'm excited to come on board as the new global ambassador for Pantene. A favourite around the world, I love that Pantene celebrates and advocates that being strong is beautiful."

Bringing beauty and inner strength together, the brand has a history of featuring strong, inspiring women in their campaigns. TBH, Priyanka Chopra fits the bill perfectly.

1. Slough away dead cells to reveal softer, more luminous skin. Even if you already use a physical exfoliator (a formula boasting scrubbing beads to buff your complexion), adding a chemical exfoliator to your regimen will make a big difference in the look and feel of your skin. Once a week (or twice, depending on how sensitive your skin is), skip using your usual serum or moisturizer, and replace it with a leave-on chemical exfoliator, like Le Weekend De Chanel Weekly Renewing Face Care, which uses ingredients like glycolic acid to exfoliate your skin deeply, cleansing your pores of dirt, oil, bacteria, and debris that can lead to breakouts, and rose water to help calm the skin as the exfoliator does its work. Just remember to apply sunscreen immediately afterward, since it will make your skin sensitive to the sun's rays.
