How to Prevent Waterline Eyeliner From Smudging

1) Start by applying a small amount of translucent powder directly under the water line. This will help keep that area matte.

2) Apply eyeliner into waterline. If possible, use a waterproof eyeliner.

3) Set your eyeliner with a matte black eyeshadow. This will 'lock' the eyeliner in place. Finish wit the rest of your makeup!
