Your Perfect Nude Lipstick is Actually the Same Colour as Your Nipples!

But there may be a slight problem...

The latest beauty hacks just keep getting weirder, and weirder, and this one is no different. We've all struggled to find that perfect nude shade to match our skin tone, sometimes it's too dark, and sometime's it's way too light. Face it, we've all spent hours at Sephora, swatching every single lip shade, in search of that one nude colour.

But we've got an easy hack for you – the colour of your nipples will actually give you the perfect nude shade, for your skin-tone. Yes, you read that right!

"Nature knows best," claimed experts, on the medical-related talk show, The Doctors.

They gave the perfect nip-tip, to solve all your troubles – apparently, the colour of your areolas, complements your skin tone, and blends into the natural hue of your lips.

But according to researchers, your nipple might not always be the same colour. It changes based on your hormones. So there, even though you can find the perfect nude lip shade based on the colour of your nipples, they might change more often than you know. So maybe, keep checking them before your next buy?

The only problem is that, how the hell are we supposed to match the lip colour to our nipples, whilst in a shop?

We're stumped, let us know if you figure out a way. Until then, happy lipstick hunting.

"The antioxidant EGCG has been studied to treat various diseases and may help with brain function, fat loss, and lowering the risk of cancer," says Snyder. "Polyphenols are another antioxidant plentiful in green tea and can reduce the formation of free radicals in the body, protecting our cells from aging and other diseases." Keep your sipping to one or two cups a day as green tea is high in caffeine, which is best consumed in moderation, says Snyder. As for which to buy: "It's great to use organic loose leaf tea or tea bags that contain loose leaves, which are higher quality and are less processed," she says, as opposed to tea 'dust.'
