This year the Dior Spring/Summer 2016 proved pink make-up as the strongest trend for next summer. Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior make-up used shades of pink on eyes, cheeks and lips for a mesmerizing summer look!

"I wanted to create a very "glowy" makeup look, based on an idea of transparency and softness, in harmony with the pastel tones in Raf Simons' collection. It's diaphanous beauty with a hint of hidden eroticism," emphasizes Peter Philips. "The look echoes the poetic décor where a mass of fresh flowers creates an extraordinary garden," he adds.

Peter used Couleurs n°451 Glowing Gardens eye palette for this look, he recommends using the eye shadow lightly, with a cloud on the upper eyelid and then blending towards the brow bone. "For an intense look add a greyish rosewood eyeliner like Diorshow Colour and Contour n°757 Orchid and pair the pink shadow with a sheer pink lipstick like Dior Addict Lipstick n°266 Delight", says Peter.

The potential health benefits of drinking green tea are almost countless. "The antioxidant EGCG has been studied to treat various diseases and may help with brain function, fat loss, and lowering the risk of cancer," says Snyder. "Polyphenols are another antioxidant plentiful in green tea and can reduce the formation of free radicals in the body, protecting our cells from aging and other diseases." Keep your sipping to one or two cups a day as green tea is high in caffeine, which is best consumed in moderation, says Snyder. As for which to buy: "It's great to use organic loose leaf tea or tea bags that contain loose leaves, which are higher quality and are less processed," she says, as opposed to tea 'dust.'
