Wedding photographer Peter Adams-Shawn literally shows the big day through the eyes of the bride and groom via his captivating "eyescapes."
"I've always been interested in reflections, whatever the objects may be I find there is just something magical about them," Adams-Shawn told Cosmopolitan.com. "Puddles, car doors, rings, eyes you name it. I love the idea of a world within a world."
His inspiration for eyescapes came during a wedding in November 2014, when a bride was wearing contact lenses that were so reflective he could see across the room. He's been using the technique ever since.
Adams-Shawn said that the photos are "very real," and the only editing he really does is occasionally cropping out an elbow that sneaked in. "Eyes are really just like a curved darkened mirror," he said, "The reflections are always consistent. Knowing and seeing the light is the key."
