This Real-Life Couple Gets Paid to Cuddle

Nobody thought it could be physically possible for models (and real-life couple) Jasmine Tookes and Tobias Sorensen to get any hotter, but then they were photographed together for Calvin Klein's Eternity Now fragrance campaign and — whoa. ???. Cosmopolitan.com sat down with the drop-dead gorgeous duo to talk about their relationship, their steamy new ad campaign, and more.

​OK, let's start at the beginning. How did you guys meet?Jasmine: We met out at a nightclub. We were at two separate tables but we had mutual friends. He was kind of staring at me from across the room. I was staring at him as well for a while and then finally he came over to me. He asked for my phone number and I gave him the wrong one on purpose. I don't know why, I just feel like when you meet guys you just give them the wrong number. [Laughs.]

Tobias: I didn't know she gave me the wrong number, so I went back to my friends and then before I left, I went back up to her, and told her I was leaving and that I'd love to take her out for coffee within the next couple of days. And she was like, "Can I see your phone again? I believe I may have typed in the wrong number." So I gave her the phone and she corrected it and I left with the right number.

Jasmine: Yeah, I changed my mind. It took a while to meet up though. We would see each other a couple of times like just on random nights out, but we never actually went to dinner.

Tobias: She was playing very hard to get. I'd text her and then she would wait, like, three days, so I would wait three days. [Laughs.]

So what was it that first attracted you to each other? Tobias: For me, it was definitely her beauty. Beautiful eyes, beautiful everything. I spotted her across the room. She has a very distinct look and her skin was flawless. She is just so different from a lot of other girls.

Jasmine: It was his eyes and smile for me. I mean, he was staring at me for hours. [Laughs.] He was the first thing I saw because I was staring too.

What kind of scents attract you to one another? Fruity? Floral? Musky?Jasmine : I like for guys to have, like, more musky, very kind of manly scent, which is what Eternity Now for Men gives off — it fits what I'd want a guy to wear. 

Tobias: I like fresh and a little fruity, like the women's version.

Where do you each like to spray your fragrance?Jasmine: I'm a neck-and-wrist girl.

Tobias: And I like chest, neck, and a little bit on the clothes.

What was it like shooting the Eternity campaign as a couple? Was it more fun because you're actually a couple? Jasmine: It was very easy to shoot with him because the shots were of us rolling around in the bed, me taking my shirt off, and us getting super intimate. If we were with people that were not coupled up, it would be fine, but we definitely wouldn't have felt as comfortable as we felt.

Tobias: Yeah, plus with her, I never had to be worried about crossing any boundaries because it's my girlfriend, so it just felt very natural. We didn't have to fake anything; the chemistry was already there.

Speaking of shooting with the opposite sex who isn't your girl or boyfriend, do you guys have an understanding or rules regarding your relationship about boundaries and what's allowed and what's not? How do you guys handle those situations?Jasmine: For me, I know and I understand the career, and I feel confident in our relationship, but I always tell him if you have to kiss the girl or whatever, you have to tell me so that when I see the photos I'm not like, When did this happen?! Otherwise it comes to me as a shock, which isn't good. So for me, it's just being open and honest. 

Tobias: I'm not a very jealous guy, plus Jasmine doesn't shoot with men usually, but I think I would be pretty cool about it, I guess. We are in the same business, so we understand what comes with the job.

Tobias is his sexiest when…​Jasmine: In the morning, because his hair is just messy and I like his tired face. I don't know why but I think it's cute when he wakes up and his eyes are puffy.

What does your favorite date night look like to each of you?Tobias: Going out to a nice place for dinner, and then either going home to continue the date there or going out for a movie or bowling — whatever it is, just something together. I love a Sunday night home as well with movies where we just kick up our feet and relax with our dogs.

Jasmine: I always fall asleep when we watch movies. I try for 10 minutes and then I'm, like, out. I love going out to dinner too, to cute restaurants. Really cozy ones like in the West Village and then just going home and relaxing, trying to watch a movie, and falling asleep.

Last question, which I'm dying to know your answer to: What would you both say is the key to a happy relationship?Tobias: Trust. It's a very big part of it.

Jasmine: Definitely trust. I feel like we balance each other out too. I'm a very relaxed California girl who is always super calm and he's a bit more high-energy and has more spunk. So I feel like we just balance each other out a bit, which helps.

Tobias: I think never getting too comfortable too is key. If you feel too comfortable in your relationship, do something about it, get dressed up once in a while and go on date nights instead of just wearing sweatpants 24/7. We are both very spontaneous as well, so we are doing these last-minute trips and we love to travel. And I feel like that's very important in a relationship to always spice it up a bit. It's also good to remember who you were when you fell in love with each other and to do you best to stay that person. ​
