These vibrant vegetables are just what the skin doc ordered. Red bell peppers are packed with Vitamin C as well as antioxidants. The peppers release toxins from the skin and help improve circulation.   

3. Spinach

Popeye was onto something—spinach is packed with Vitamins C, B, E  calcium, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids, iron and  magnesium. It's also full of Lutein (which keeps your eyes looking sparkling and healthy).

4. Strawberries

Strawberries are a rich source of Folic Acid and Vitamin C. The delicious fruit provides several health benefits like UV skin protection, prevents wrinkles and reduces the chance of skin cancer. Anyone for strawberries and cream? Yes, please.

Yay for chocolate! But, more specifically, the dark variety. Dark Chocolate protects the skin from sun damage and helps keep it hydrated. But while buying your chocolate, make sure that it has 60%  cocoa content and a high amount of Flavonol present  in it.

The omega-6 fatty acids present in O oil make your skin radiant and supple. Plus, it also protects your skin from the sun's UV rays, and decreases the chance of skin cancer. 

9. Tomato

The juicy fruit is well known for its skin lightening benefits. Tomatoes help the skin absorb more oxygen, making it look more youthful and prevents wrinkles.  They're also a great guard against UV rays, plus are a rich source of Lycopene, which makes skin as soft as a baby's bottom. Pizza, anyone?   

10. Broccoli

 Broccoli is known to regenerate skin cells and helps in collagen production. Rich in antioxidants like Vitamin C and E, it also protects from skin cancer, and has anti-ageing properties.
