Kareena Kapoor Khan Gives a Fitting Reply to Trolls Hating on Her Son's Name

There was a lot of buzz around Kareena Kapoor Khan's pregnancy—be it her style, the gender of the baby and what would its name be! And as soon as Kareena and Saif Ali Khan announced their baby boy's name, the Internet trolls went batsh*t crazy on what it means and how it was inspired by the Turco-Mongol conqueror from the 14th century Timur's name, and that it was inappropriate on so many levels!

But at the press con for LFW Spring/Summer 2017, where she walked as the showstopper for Anita Dongre, Kareena finally did what she's best known for—speaking her mind! "It was bizarre. I have no idea why people took my baby's name so personally. But we love the name and let me put it this way—it has no resemblance to any person living or dead," she said, adding, "We love the meaning and I am happy that [some] people came out in support of us so strongly. That support matters more than anything bad that was said or written."
