Here's how twitter came in support of this campaign:

While some celebrities try to avoid speaking for any issue, Anshula Kapoor, sister of Arjun Kapoor, voiced her strong opinion on this issue on Twitter.

Actor Aditi Rao Hydari could not stop herself from joining the campaign that was just blowing Twitter.

Kaneen Surka, a stand-up comedian, mentioned how the taxes make sanitary napkins even more unaffordable and make women resort to other unhygienic methods.

Cyrus Broacha and Kunal Vijayakar also made a video to address the issue and make an appeal. And where there's Cyrus, there has to a comical twist.

Mallika Dua also mentioned how miserable it is for ladies who can't afford sanitary pads and are forced to use old rags, wood shavings, sand, etc.
