Wait, What?! Sara Ali Khan and Harshwardhan Kapoor Have Called Off Their Alleged Relationship!

Sara Ali Khan—the next big shot in the celebrity kid brigade, is the talk of the town nowadays, be it for her upcoming Bollywood venture opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Kedarnath, or for her candid pictures papped with the Mirzya actor, Harshwardhan Kapoor.

The duo were reportedly dating for four months, and have often been seen arriving at parties together, especially when the two strode in together for a party at Saif Ali Khan's house. To add to that, the couple was spotted enjoying a cosy dinner at a suburban restaurant in Andheri. Like the cherry on the cake, a while ago Harshvardhan was also spotted stepping out of Sara Ali Khan's new Juhu house at about 5 am in the morning.

All this led to speculations that the two are dating, and the media even asked Harshwardhan to throw some light on the same. "I really would like to not talk about link-ups. It comes with being an actor. I don't think there's been anyone in my life who has reached that level of seriousness. Even if I were to date someone for months, I wouldn't really discuss it with people a lot. I believe that it takes the fun and unpredictability out of things," he said, adding that he did not like to keep many people in the loop because he was never sure how long his feelings for a girl would last.

But looks like the duo have decided to call it off, as per a report on SpotboyeE. A source revealed, "It's over. Sara and Harsh have called it quits."

Why the young couple decided to spilt ways so soon in their relationship, is best known to them. But, rumours are rife that a lot of its credit goes to Sara's mother, Amrita Singh who was reportedly unhappy with her daughter dating anyone at this crucial time in her career. According to Filmibeat, Amrita had casually discussed the matter with Harsh's father, Anil Kapoor, who's her co-star in Mubarakan, and was also upset with her ex-husband Saif and his wife Kareena, for letting Harsh and Sara use their pad to party and hang out, a bit too often.

While an official statement has not been received by either of them, since they never publicly admitted their relationship, one can assume for now that this one died a death, a bit too soon. Sigh.
