I Am a Product of Nepotism: Ranbir Kapoor

Little did Karan Johar know that inviting Kangana Ranaut to his show, Koffee With Karan will start a never ending debate in the industry. The who's who of Bollywood have already spoke about it, and it has further lead to sparking more controversies!

Ever since Kangana Ranaut famously called Karan Johar 'the flag bearer of nepotism', the word is not ready to leave Bollywood, as soon as we thought it would. Star kids like Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor have already given their opinion on this topic, but none of them openly accepted the existence of nepotism in Bollywood.

Ranbir Kapoor, the son of actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor and grandson of the great Raj Kapoor, didn't stay mum on this still hot topic, when asked to comment on it and his statement was BLUNT AF!

The actor openly acknowledged the fact that there is nepotism in Bollywood and that he, himself is a product of it.

"It exists in the film industry, and I am a product of nepotism. I am here today because of my parents. My father got an opportunity because of his father. So, I believe if my children choose to be actors, I would like to give them a platform," he said.

"If they want to be doctors I will provide them with the education and the backing. Films have been our family business for the past 85 years. Yes, it is unfair to a lot of people who are way more talented than us, but we do get opportunities, and we do get the attention", he added.

Well that was one real AF confession we can applaud him for!?
