Kal Ho Naa Ho

Kareena Kapoor has declined many roles in her career. The character Naina in the movie was written keeping Kareena in mind. When she turned down the offer, it went to Preity Zinta. Preity even won Best Actress award for the role. All we'd like to say is Oopsie!

Remember the beautiful New York skyline in the introduction shot of Naina, it would have been Toronto instead. The ongoing SARS scare made the makers move the location from Toronto to New York.
