Here's How Ranveer Singh Celebrated Deepika Padukone's Birthday

We weren't even over the #Virushka fever yet, when rumour mills were all set ablaze with the news of yet another couple that may just tie the knot this year. Deepika Padukone just celebrated her birthday on January 5th with Ranveer Singh, and there were widespread rumours that the 'alleged' couple may get engaged while ringing in her birthday.

Deepika took off for her family vacay (yes, that includes Ranveer!) Maldives after celebrating Christmas in Vienna.

The photos of their scenic resort were out, and boy, they are enough to get you lusting for a vacay with bae RN. And it's only January, for crying out loud!

A report in TOI stated, "The stunning couple also indulged in windsurfing and canoeing, along with sunbathing on the pristine beaches, spending time at the fitness and spa centre, both of which boast of a lagoon view."

DP also took to Instagram to share a special picture from her birthday, which we're pretty sure was a courtesy of her beau, Ranveer. *insert heart-eyed emojis*

Besides this romantic gesture, Deepika was also pampered by Ranveer's parents Anju Bhavnani and Jagjit Singh Bhavnani,with luxe gifts in the likes of an expensive diamond set and a Sabyasachi saree. A source revealed, "Her happiness knew no bounds. This was indeed a special occasion for the actress."

The duo were spotted at the airport twinning in denim, when they returned from their holiday in Maldives.

After a long silence on their relationship status, the two have finally started being candid in front of the media, and even though they don't openly talk about their commitment, they are always singing out praises for each other. Fans can't wait for their #DeepVeer to make it official!
