Okay, let's get real. The Iggy Azalea of 2015 looks pretty different to the Iggy Azalea of, say, 2013. Noticeably so. There's really no point in denying it. Which is why we kind of appreciate Iggy taking a no bullsh*t attitude to the whole thing, speaking frankly about her changing appearance to Seventeen magazine this week.
While she doesn't go down the 'YEAH MATE, I GOT A NOSE JOB. AND WHAT?' route, Iggy does confirm that she's had the nose job the internet suspected: "I'm not denying it. Denying it is lame."
"I don't think you should be ashamed if you made a change to yourself," she continues. "Which is why I've spoken about the changes I've made, like with my breasts."
She then drops some truth bombs about cosmetic surgery, and the challenge of loving how you look, sharing her personal journey (as well as the nose job, Iggy has previously admitted to getting a breast implants) and decision making process. "Plastic surgery is an emotional journey," she says. "It's no easy feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself-and it's no easy feat to change yourself. Either way you look at it, it's a tough journey."
"There are things that I didn't like about myself that I changed through surgery. There are other things I dislike but I've learned to accept. It's important to remember you can't change everything. You can never be perfect."
