Kris and Caitlyn Jenner Have Finally Reunited

We felt a little bit sad, following Caitlyn Jenner's transition, to read that relations between she and ex-wife Kris Jenner were a little less than ideal. But this week, it's been confirmed that the two power-women have finally come face to face for the first time since Caitlyn revealed herself to the world.

In what was undoubtedly a much-needed, but highly emotional meeting for the two, 'momager' Kris was spotted driving up to Caitlyn's house in Malibu.

It's been reported that, despite tensions between the former couple, Kris was bowled over by the powerful speech Caitlyn delivered at the ESPY awards, reportedly telling Us Weekly that her former partner looked "beautiful" and that her speech was "amazing and very brave".

Following that, it looks as though Kris has taken the first steps towards ironing things out with Caitlyn, who has received continued support from all of her children.

And here's hoping the pair can work through it all, given that they appeared to be at loggerheads with one another where interviews were concerned.

While Caitlyn claimed that she was "mistreated" in the marriage, and maintained that the cause of the split was "twenty per cent...gender and 80 per cent...the way I was treated," Kris seemed to lay the blame firmly at Caitlyn's door.

Referring to Caitlyn's former self, Bruce, Kris said in a Vanity Fair interview: "He was married to me and he wasn't who he wanted to be so he was miserable… All I was doing was working very hard for my family so that we could all have a wonderful future, and he was p*****d off.

"At the end of my relationship with Bruce he definitely had a lot of social anxiety. That was one of the reasons we were in a struggle at the end."

So here's hoping that, for the sake of their shared children, and all the years they spent together as a loving couple, the two can find some kind of even ground from which to move forward.
