Judging by the picture above, you would swear that Pamela Jacobs is in her 20s, right? Yeah, we were fooled too.

Even though the mom has been offered student discounts and has been mistaken as her 21-year-old son's girlfriend (awkward), she is actually 52 years old. Yes, really.

"Men do comment on my looks and say things like, 'I don't believe you,' or, 'You must be lying,' Jacobs said. "I always say, 'What woman would actually add years on?'"

But what's her secret to turning back the clock? Besides good genes and maintaining a healthy diet, Jacobs believes that always applying sunscreen before leaving the house and her obsession with coconut oil have both helped her remain looking and feeling youthful. Jacobs says she uses coconut oil for everything, including salad dressing, sweetener in her coffee, removing makeup, hair treatments, and body moisturizer.

"I'm a big coconut oil lover," Jacobs said. "My mother used it on our hair and skin when we were younger and I've carried on."

Besides eating lots of coconut oil, Jacobs says she avoids wheat products because of how bloated she feels and high sugar fruits. But everything else is fair game.

"I follow the 80/20 rule," Jacobs revealed. "Eighty percent eating well and twenty percent sneaking in the odd dessert, a little alcohol or organic dark chocolate."

As far as exercise goes, Jacobs is all about yoga sessions and body-conditioning classes, often followed by steam room and sauna sessions. She believes this particular fitness regimen keeps her skin glowing and feeling fresh.

"I love it — it makes me so feel invigorated and I'm convinced it has helped to tone my skin," Jacobs said about her workout routine. "Then I will have 10 minutes in the steam and repeat the cold shower."

She also credits her positive outlook on life to her outward youthfulness, which she believes is ultimately the thing that matters the most. "I think the secret of eternal youth is to smile every day," she says. "The best thing about looking young is that it makes me feel good and gives me confidence."
