All eyes were on adorable Prince George yesterday as he joined his parents for a fun day at the Royal International Air Tattoo show in Gloucestershire, UK. The toddler, who was enjoying looking at the planes, seemed to get overwhelmed during his first official UK engagement.
Though the Duchess promptly scooped her son into her arms as she continued with the Royal engagement, which quickly helped to soothe him.
George's father the Duke of Cambridge also showed him around the helicopers and aircrafts on display at the event. The Prince was gifted a pair of blue ear protectors, which he proudly wore, and a blue piggy bank, which was part of the range of memorabilia for the event.
He also got the chance to meet Carol Vorderman, who is an ambassador for the Air Cadet Organisation, of which the Duchess is a patron.
Speaking after the meeting, Carol said, it was 'fantastic' to meet Kate, William and George, reports The Daily Mail. She added, 'It was lovely because obviously they are a flying family.
A statement from Kensington Palace ahead of the outing said: 'The Air Tattoo is a fantastic family-orientated event. The Duke and Duchess know that George will enjoy seeing the aircraft up close.'
