Aishwarya kickstarts her day with a glass of warm water with lemon and honey. This is followed by brown bread toasts and oats for breakfast.

Dinner usually consists of grilled fish alongwith brown rice.

Other than this, the 43-year-old actor consumes seasonal fresh fruits or dry fruits every two hours.
