Here's What Akshaye Khanna Said About Aishwarya Rai in This Interview

You saw them create magic on-screen with their effortless chemistry in the 90's romantic musical Taal. Akshaye Khanna and Aishwarya Rai, who made such a fresh couple generated ripples of romance that spread through like fireflies and touched every heart and soul.

Even though we continue to see the mother of a 5 YO or should we say global beauty icon, and continue to be enamoured by her on every red carpet, there is hardly a glimpse of the famous crooked smile of Akshaye Khanna that would trigger a collective meltdown every time it flashed on the silver-screen!

After some memorable performances in films like Dil Chahta Hai, 36 China Town, Hulchul, Hungama et al. he seemed to have gradually drifted off Bollywood with nothing very significant to his credit.

So obviously, everyone is excited to see him in the collective project of Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan titled Ittefaq also starring Sidharth Malhotra, and Sonakshi Sinha.

As part of their promotions, the film's producer Karan Johar hosted a chat show with the film's lead cast. Not only did he ask Sidharth about his sex life, he also asked Akshaye who according to him is the sexiest woman in the industry.

Akshaye's response will make you go all awww —

"I can't take my eyes off her every time I meet her. I have done two films with her. She might be used to be people looking at her. For me, it's embarrassing. I am not used to not being able to take my eyes off somebody. You just keep staring at her like a lunatic."

Funnily enough, even Sonakshi Sinha hopped on into the conversation and added, " Not only guys. Even I am not able to take my eyes off her. She is damn stunning."
