This 10-Year-Old is the Youngest Indian Speaker at TEDx...

At the age of mere 10, Ishita Katyal is the youngest Indian speaker at the TEDx talks and has gathered praise from across the world.

Ishita Katyal's speech at TED event held in Vancouver, Canada, with big names like AR Rahman, Bill Gates and Al Gore in attendance, is the one that no one can stop talking about, mainly because she's just 10 and the youngest Indian to speak at the TEDx talks ever!

She spoke about empowering kids, and asked adults not to underestimate kids. She said, "Instead of asking children what they want to do when they grow up, you should ask them what they want to be right now. We can do a lot at this moment. The problem is our world has many forces working against the dreams of children."

In her speech, she also talked about kids suffering from hunger, war and rising cost of education, "My dream for the future is that people think 10 times before raising school fees, a hundred times before going to war with another country, thousand times before wasting food and water, and ten thousand time before letting their child's childhood go away. I hope you adults can look after the world long enough to give us our chance."

Her stirring speech received a standing ovation from the audience and she made celebrities like A.R. Rahman her fan like it's NBD!

If this wasn't incredible enough, get this: she wrote her first book at the age of eight and  has also spoken about this issue at TEDx talks in the past, even organizing one herself at her school in 2015.
