Is it a bird? Is it a plane? NO, it's Katy Perry's jumpsuit

​Katy Perry doesn't like to do anything by halves which is why, when she decided she wanted to wear a cape and a bow for a benefit gala performance on Wednesday, she had to make sure they were HUGE.

The Part Of Me singer who was just revealed as the highest paid woman in the music industry, arrived at the David Lynch Foundation Gala seriously flexing her, erm, wings.

Katy made sure there was no room for anyone else on the red carpet thanks to her bat-like jumpsuit with the longest arm capes (yes, apparently that's a thing) we've ever seen.

A wide black and gold belt and chunky rings and bangles finished off Katy Perry's look.

Later on in the evening, Katy changed out of last week's Halloween outfit and into the most princess perfect, pretty pink dress with a bow on top we've ever seen.

Obviously keen to contrast from her first black, batwing outfit, the singer had a complete change of style direction, slipping into the one-shouldered satin gown from our teenage prom dreams.

Not one for doing an outfit half-arsed, Katy teamed her pink creation with a matching microphone (obvs), sparkly tiara and pretty pearl earrings.
