Everybody has been waiting like excited puppies for the Balmain x H&M collab line designed by Olivier Rousteing that'll hit the Indian marketplace on the 5th of November.
This fab collab has been anything but dull with their campaign video of a model squad lead by Kendall Jenner dancing to the tunes of Olivier Rousteing on a futuristic subway train. We have an exclusive Q&A with Kendall on her experience being a part of this epic campaign.
Q.What was it like shooting the Balmain x H&M campaign?
A. LOTS OF ACTION! It was a giant production which meant LOTS of people and that made it extra exciting! They actually built two subway cars and a subway station! After the print portion they let us tags up the inside of the car!
Q.Tell us about the campaign film and the part you play.
A. It's a dance battle with a Kendall squad, it's epic and obviously my team wins!
Q.Did you enjoy having your friend Olivier on set?
A. Yes, he's wonderful!!!! It's always nice to have a friend on set, makes the day go very quickly.
Q. Do you have any fun memories to share from the film shooting?
A. It was very cool to feel like a bad ass dancer. The inspiration was the Michael Jackson video, so I just channeled that vibe.
Q. Did you have fun learning the H&MBalmaination dance? Did you practice a lot?
A. Yes it was very fun to learn the dance routine. I had some practice dance sessions, it was challenging but great to learn the choreography.
And here is that promised peek at the behind-the-scenes action for this fabulous video.
