No amount of strenuous exercises or cardio seems to get rid of our 'chubby cheeks' problem.
We have all struggled to get on board with the 'chiseled jaw-line' and 'high cheekbones' trend. So, we've compiled for you, a list of exercises and suggestions to help cut down on your face fat. You can even do these sitting down, in the office, in your car or just anywhere!
1. Watch your posture
This is a handy little trick for making your face look skinnier in pictures. Standing up straight makes your face look thinner. When you slump your shoulders, you increase your chances of getting a double chin.

2. Do chin lifts
Start by tilting your chin towards the ceiling, and tense your face–make your lips tight. Hold it for 10 seconds and relax. Repeat it as much as you want during the day.
3. Master the Jaw Release.
While keeping your posture straight, move your jaw like you're chewing something, but keep your lips shut. Next, open your mouth wide and press your tongue within your bottom teeth, holding it for 5 seconds. This makes one rep. Repeat the procedure as often as you want. The more you do it, the better.
4. Try the Fish Face
Also a good way to practice your pout, just saying. Just suck in your cheeks and lips like a fish and try smiling. Hold the posture for 5 minutes and you will feel the burn in your face and cheeks.
5. Cut down on alcohol
This is going to be a tough one, yes that bottle of wine after work counts too! Alcohol contains non-nutritious calories which dehydrates your body–and that can cause your face to look bloated.
6. Keep smiling
There are a dozen of exercises that we can tell you to do to lose face fat. But the easiest one? Smile! Cheesy but true, it's the best thing to do to trim down your cheek fat because it stretches the muscles of your cheeks.
