The truth is there's always going to be someone smarter, richer, funnier, and hotter than you but it is important to realize that you are one of a kind and your uniqueness makes you SO special.

Repeat this mantra: No one is perfect! It's important to accept your imperfections and love yourself for who you are.

3) Don't hate, appreciate

Haters are gonna hate, but it doesn't mean you need to! Hating on someone in hopes it will make you feel better about yourself, will actually do the opposite. Instead, grab inspo from their lives. If they can do it, YOU CAN TOO! 

4) Find your strengths

Focus on what makes you FAB, whether it's your ability to dance like Queen B or you are always there for your friends. Whatever, your strengths are identify and always remember them. Hey, if you need to write them down in the beginning, do it! Hey, a little reminder of why you are so amazing never hurts!

5) Compare you to YOU

You've already established your awesome, so the only person you need to try to out do is yourself. Just work on improving yourself and your own  goals, and finally stop worrying about other people.
