Chin Lift: Stand up straight and look up at the ceiling. Pucker your lips as if you were kissing the ceiling.
Sticking the tongue: Stand up straight and stick your tongue out as far as you can.
Head Tilt: Stand up straight and tilt your head back as far as possible then bring back to center. Repeat all exercises 10x each
