We've all renewed our gym memberships and googled every possible healthy-food replacement for our fave snacks. Summer is fast approaching and we're ready to do anything to fit into that cute cut-out bikini, that we've had our eyes on forever!
And who better to inspire us than Blake Lively! Have you even seen her bikini body in The Shallows?! Let us also tell you that, that body was achieved just a few months after she had a baby! And here we are struggling to lose that post-pizza weight.
But fret not, because we know her secret. In an interview with INSIDER, Don Saladino, Lively's fitness trainer said that the one exercise that helped her more than anything was the Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift.
Before her movie, Lively was doing this total-body move at least once a week as part of her training routine. She would do five sets of five of the lift to get these amazing results.
Saladino explained that this exercise is a wide stance deadlift, with a kettlebell between your legs. "It's great for the muscles of the posterior chain, which is everything that makes up the backside of your body," he explained.
"I believe if your diet is really, really good, you should start seeing some type of change in two weeks," he added.
