In a research, it was found that over 30% of adults and about 66% of adolescents are sleep deprived. What most people fail to realize is that this is not just a minor issue, but problems from this lack of sleep can manifest themselves in many harmful ways. It was also found that staying awake can cause bodily harm as well.
