Even Lorde Had Serious FOMO This Holiday Season

​Lorde might be a platinum-selling artist who's also a member of the Taylor Swift squad, but that doesn't make her immune to the horrible disease known as FOMO. According to her Instagram, she experienced quite a bit these past few weeks as she felt like the only under-25 celebrity not gallivanting around on a giant yacht. "When you scroll through your feed and all the pretty famous boys and girls are on yachts or in saint barth's and you're at home where it's raining and you've never even been on a holiday to another country before," she wrote, adding that she's not even sure she spelled St. Barths right. Commenters immediately assumed Lorde was referring to Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner, recently seen in Anguilla together and spotted on a yacht in St. Barths. Not so, said Lorde, who updated her Instagram to clarify that her malaise was general rather than specific to Hendall. "Lol no 'shade' folks if i were on an island or in even nearish proximity to a yacht you would be hearing all the fuck about it just making fun of my own lameness," she wrote. Worry not, Lorde, for 2016 is still young. There's still plenty of time to enjoy your own yacht vacation.
