At least, if you want to share equal slices.

According to Math, THIS Is the Right Way to Cut a Pizza

You know when you're sharing a pizza and the pie becomes a giant mess with slices in random sizes? Mathematicians Joel Haddley and Stephen Worsley at the University of Liverpool in London have found a way to cut slices equally by using a method called monohedral disc telling

While equal pizza slices seem wonderful and cost-efficient in theory, cutting them is not that easy. According to Haddley and Worsley, if you want 12 equal slices, you have to cut six pieces into a curvy star-shape from the center, and then halve those pieces.

It's supposed to look like this:

If you feel very passionate about equal pizza slices, you can use this technique to get up to 36 slices per pie. As Mashable points out, the more slices you cut, the less likely you are to end up with anything other than crust.  Here's what 12, 18, and 24 slices look like:

Frankly this sounds like too much effort, and I would rather just not share my pizza at all. Kudos to these mathematicians for figuring this out though!
