World's Sweetest Cat Won't Leave the Side of Her Owner's Pregnant Belly

The maternal instinct that both humans and animals share is truly an incredible thing, and nowhere is it more evident then in the case of Panda–a 2-year-old adopted cat. The friendly feline has been fiercely guarding the belly of her owner, Liel Ainmar Assayag​, ever since a little human began growing inside of her. 

"Once I got pregnant she started following me around the house, tucking her head on my belly, purring," Assayag told BoredPanda.com. 

And now that little baby Sean has been born, she has become the best babysitter ever, jumping on the bed beside him and smelling him and protecting him everywhere he goes. 

"You can clearly see she loves him from the beginning!"​ Assayag said.
