What Happens When Men Try Contouring for the First Time

Love it or loathe it, we're all still obsessed with the contouring trend. Just yesterday we were mesmerised by an extreme body contouring video, while neck contouring and even ear contouring have taken off this year. What next? Men mastering the art of makeup illusion by getting some Kardashian-style contouring treatment for the first time.

Good old BuzzFeed filmed the experiment, which sees three men get makeovers from a makeup artist (watch below). As you'd expect, it's all kinds of LOL.

Here's where one fella starts out. "I think contouring is a drastic form of makeup where you make yourself look like a clown and then you just blend the shit out of face so you're not any more?" He totally gets it then.

Mid-way through they're shown the 'look' pre-blending, which goes down well. "It kinda looks like you smeared poop on the face," says one referring to the sculpting, "but I mean, if it makes me pretty…" They LOVE it.

What they love even more are the drastic results.

"Wow! That's crazy!" Uh-huh. "Look at how f**king gorgeous I am!" Well yes – for a Ken doll impersonator.

They're hooked, but we defo prefer them before. Keep it real boys!
