Kate Middleton and Prince William met with some Youngs from India and Bhutan at Kensington Palace this morning. For the occasion, the Duchess made the impossible look possible by waltzing to the event in a sheer polka dot dress with a ruffle collar. This combination shouldn't look good on anyone, but it's Kate Middleton here and she can pull off anything. The creation is by Indian designer Saloni, which is great because Kate and Will are heading to India and Bhutan this weekend. According to Us Weekly, Kate is packing 15 outfits for the weeklong royal visit because she has 21 events lined up. Her luggage will include colorful, flowy dresses, fitted jeans, and trousers, a palace source revealed. Good luck to the person responsible for carrying/looking after all of Kate's things.
