There's Going To Be A 'Friends Fest' Touring Round Soon

Friends may have left our screens a depressing 12 years ago, but it's somehow managed to secure its place as one of our favourite shows of all time. STILL.

Which is why it's utter music to our ears to hear that there'll be a 'Friends Fest' - essentially a celebrational gathering of all things Friends - touring round the country later this year. And we would do a LOT to get tickets to this.

You might remember something similar coming to London last year - a full-scale set of Monica's apartment along with Joey and Chandler's living room chairs, the Central Perk sofa and a bunch of original props and memorabilia from the widely-loved show. Having gone myself, I can assure you it was an unforgettable experience, but this time it's coming back even bigger and even BETTER.

Not only will there be Monica's apartment in full on interactive display (you can go in and sit down and touch the purple door and stuff) there's also all THIS:

The Vegas chapel of love where Ross and Rachel got hitched (while she had sharpie all over her face, good times).

Monica's original place of work, the Moondance Diner

A bigger and better Central Perk (could it BE any bigger or better?)

And an 80s silent disco, like in that flashback episode. Strong outfits, you guys.

Plus, there'll also be Smelly Cat karaoke, a foosball table, food stalls and a cocktail bar to make sure you're having a really good time.

Here's the bad bit: tickets have shot up in price from last year's meagre £5; they're now going to cost £24 a pop, but boy will this be worth it. Earlybird tickets are being released at 10am on Thursday 30 June, so get setting yourself a reminder for that one, but the general sale starts on Friday 1st July at 10am. Oh yeah, and you might want to bear in mind that they sold out in 13 minutes last time.

But whereas all the superfans had to flock to London last September to get their taste of IRL Friends, this time it's going all over the country. Here are all the locations and dates for your diary:

Haggerston Park, Hoxton, London: Weds 24 Aug - Monday 29 Aug

Chiswick House and Gardens, London: 1 Sept - 4 Sept

Hylands House, Essex: 7 Sept - 11 Sept

Harewood House, Yorkshire: 14 Sept - 18 Sept

Knebworth House, Hertfordshire: 21 Sept - 25 Sept

Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire: 28 Sept – 1 Oct

Congratulations, Comedy Central (the folks behind this), for giving the people what the people want. We'll see you there on the big orange sofa.
