10 Photos That Prove There's No Such Thing As A Flat Stomach

People have fat days and skinny days and bloated days and strong days. And yet, so many of us continue to lift up our shirts and feel bad because our bodies aren't ~*pErFeCt~* all the time. It doesn't help that a quick scroll through Instagram reveals nothing but the hits:

Recently, Instagram fitness star Anna Victoria put an end to all this B.S. by posting a photo of *GASP* her stomach rolls — something even super-fit and sexy women have (when they aren't posing for Instagram).

To prove Anna's got the right idea, Cosmopolitan.com asked five women to pose for two consecutive photos with and without their bellies puffed out. See the difference 30 seconds can make, and go to sleep tonight knowing your body is C-O-M-P-L-E-T-E-L-Y normal — no matter what you see on Instagram (and what's under your shirt).
