favourite snacks? And we're not talking healthy snacks either, oh no!

Each household chore targets different muscle groups, according to Stormclad.co.uk, so if you mix them together, you'll be working all your core muscles to create the perfect full-body workout. 

Scrubbing
the floors will work your core and your upper arms, as well as toning
up your abs. It can even work off a large slice of pizza. If you really

Hoovering is also great for working the core, whilst washing windows can strengthen the upper body.

putting off could actually help you drop a few pounds too. 30 minutes of
painting really works your upper arms, as well as burning 210 calories –
or the equivalent of 1 ½ glasses of wine. It might be time to
redecorate the hallway this weekend!
