This Artist Paints on Water (Yes, You Read That Right)

A Turkish artist paints on water and the results are MESMERIZING! Garip Ay creates these other-worldly pieces using an ancient Turkish art form called Ebru. 

The technique involves creating colourful patterns on oily water by sprinkling and brushing colour pigments. These patterns are then transferred to paper, resulting in some really freakin' awesome pieces of art.
