This Couple's "Notebook"-Themed Photo Shoot Will Remind You That Love is Real

If you've ever felt a little bit jaded after watching a super romantic movie, here's a little reminder that sometimes the best love stories of all are the ones that happen in real life.

To help celebrate 57 glorious years of marriage, Oklahoma couple Clemma and Sterling Elmore decided to do a photo shoot inspired by everyone's favorite tearjerker, The Notebook — and ended up giving Noah and Allie a run for their money.

Taken by Stacy Welch-Christ for Mary Evelyn Photography, the photos of the adorable pair have recently gone viral for how beautifully they show Clemma and Sterling's love for one another.

"He said the first time that he laid eyes on me that he said, 'That's the girl I'm going to marry,'" Clemma told ABC News. When she jokingly proposed to him one day, Sterling accepted, and they were married by the end of the week. They'll be celebrating their 58th anniversary in February.

"They are actually my sister-in-law's grandparents and two of the sweetest people on earth," Stacy revealed in an interview with Put A Ring On It. "My mind immediately went to The Notebook because it's such a beautiful movie with a sweet message about lasting love...We thought what a special gift that would be to them to hold onto, the memory of the shoot itself and the photos."

Surrounded by vintage props and mementos from their relationship, Clemma and Sterling held hands, laughed, and kissed for the camera, clearly having a wonderful time celebrating their love for one another.

The resulting photos have since been shared over 45,000 times on Facebook — and it's easy to see why. Allie and Noah have nothing on these two!
