What Shapewear the Kardashians Wear Under Their Bodycon Dresses

The Kardashian clan are pretty famous, well, for many reasons, but one thing that unites the bunch more than anything is their signature style. Because, let's face it, do you know any other families that dress so in-sync with each other?

We've already talked about how the Kardashian-Jenners love nothing more than spending their evenings channelling nineties and noughties pop bands - but just how exactly do they manage to be so united on the style front?

It helps that they all have the same stylist, Monica Rose, who can co-ordinate every member of the family's style for whatever the occasion.

One of Rose's signature styling concepts, which we've seen played out by the Kardashians on far too many occasions, is the bodycon 'naked' look.

All the concept really needs to work is some kind of bodycon dress or skirt, preferably in a cream/pink/beige/brown/tan or white kind of colour.

It may seem fairly straight-forward but when you consider that somewhere underneath that skin-tight situation you have to find a way to wear underwear on the sly, it gets all the more complicated.

Luckily for the Kardashians, Rose knows exactly what shapewear to reach for to banish the VPLs so not even the sneakiest of paparazzi can get a glimpse.

She said in an interview with InStyle: "I use a lot of Spanx—that's definitely my go-to brand. I use the high-waist ones that go all the way down to the calf .

"If you do the one that's short, it always leaves a line, so I always use the longer ones."

"I also use BodyWrap", she continues, "it doesn't leave lines, and it makes your booty look better, so I've been using them a lot."

Rose also identifies that it helps if you feel comfortable in your own skin like the Kardashians do. She says: "Personally, I don't feel comfortable in a bodycon dress, but that's all I put Khloe in. I just want to see her figure—she's worked hard for her body."

So now we know where to get the underwear from, we just need someone to loan us approximately five million pounds so we can buy all of their clothes, too.
