Stand in front of a chair or couch seat. Place hands on seat with fingers pointing forward. Keep your back straight and walk legs out in front of body. Bend arms and lower butt toward ground, making sure your elbows are directly behind your body. Straighten arms to complete 1 rep and do 10 reps.

Scissors

One of the best cardio workouts to lose weight, this one also qualifies as a fun exercising option to tone your arms fast. As the name suggests, scissors being opened and closed. You need to begin by standing straight and lifting your arms to shoulder level.

Stretch your arms sideways and bring them back to your front, the right hand should overlap the left. This resembles an open scissors. You need to stretch them sideways, again and bring them back to the front, as you started. After complete rep and this exercise needs to be done in 3 sets of 10 reps every day.

Start this workout in a downward facing position, sweep chest down and move forward. Straighten arms end in a cobra position. Now push through palms and hips to return to downward facing dog to complete one rep. Do 10 reps everyday.
