When Heather Clark's 7-month-old baby was killed in 2013, she made the decision to donate his organs, FOX 10 reports. On Jan. 30, Clark met the recipient of Lukas's heart at the Phoenix Children's Hospital and learned how the donation saved 4-year-old Jordan Drake's life.

When Clark put a stethoscope to Jordan's chest, "there was not a dry eye in the room," according to FOX. The raw emotion of the moment was captured and put on Facebook — the photo now has more than 137,000 shares and 532,000 likes.

Jordan's mom Esther Gonzalez said Jordan had been born with a congenital heart defect and that Lukas's heart would allow her daughter to finally live a life outside the hospital. She too couldn't not cry during the meeting: "We're family now, we're friends now, our families are families, we've brought our families together."

According to Sky News, Lukas was allegedly assaulted by his babysitter's boyfriend. Ryan Garcia has been in jail since 2013, and faces assault and murder charges in connection to Lukas's death.
