Previously, it was believed that having sex once a week was the secret to a happy, fulfilling life. But now, new research says once a week just isn't good enough.

According to a recent Match's Singles in America survey, people who had sex once a day were the happiest. 

And not by a small margin. 

They were found to be a whopping 187 percent happier than those who had sex once a week.For those of us in relationships, that means we'll have to schedule some more nookie time. And for the singles amongst us, that's kinda sucky (though a little self love is always a good alternative).
