There's An Unexpected Benefit Of Having More Sex

We know that sex is generally good for your health: it can help your heart, fend off illness and make you feel healthier. But frequent sex can work wonders - in fact, in certain circumstances, it may improve not just your physical health, but your emotional wellness, too.

There's plenty of research around to back up this theory: a study published in Social Psychological and Personality Science followed college students for 12 weeks, and found that those having more casual sex was linked to lots of increased well-being feelings, including higher self-esteem. And solo masturbation has also been shown to improve self-confidence.

And there's also research showing that women, and in particular millennials, with higher self esteem report having more satisfying sex. A study published in the 2011 Journal of Adolescent Health showed that these encounters, including having regular orgasms and engaging in more communication and exploration during sex, could boost confidence.

Sounds like getting down to it when you're ready could be the best way to make you feel like a Queen. Time to get busy!
