These Identical Triplets Literally Do Everything Exactly the Same

Most of us have trouble maintaining our own exercise, diet, haircare and skincare regimens, but imagine actually trying to match yours precisely to not one, but ​two​ other people. Well, that's exactly what identical triplets Alison, Laura and Nicola Crimmons do every single day.

The three Dublin, Ireland, natives are typical 29-year-olds — except for the fact that they mirror one another's lives in just about every way. With their long nude blonde hair, bold brows and deep set blue eyes, it's a little unnerving to look at the trio side-by-side given how identical they are. They each weigh 119 pounds, are 5 foot 11 inches tall, have 28 inch waists and wear size 34A bras. To maintain these measurements, the identical sisters use the exact same products and do their beauty treatments together, from nails to haircuts to makeup.

"We all book ourselves in for an appointment with our hairdresser Kathy at the same time so our locks look identical," Laura told the ​Daily Mail​. "Whether we are getting our highlights done, a blow dry or just a trim, Kathy will book us one after the other so there's no difference in our styles." And their identical habits don't stop with hair — the women go for a run together every morning ​and​ eat the same meals throughout the day in order to maintain their physiques so they can model together.

Since they were very young, the triplets have been inseparable — but even when they're not together, they use texting app Whatsapp to stay in communication at all times. And on top of sharing their appearances, they also share lots of fans and have thousands of social media followers. But when it comes down to it, they're just happy they get to work together.

Nicola told the ​Daily Mail​, "I love working with my sisters — I feel so grateful that we get to be together."
