So, here's a list of anti-bacterial and anti-microbial foods that you should be adding to your diet PRONTO, to look and feel good:

If you're a lover of spicy food, curds should be a regular item on your daily diet. The lactic acid in curds and buttermilk fights germs and soothes your gut.
