A Celebrity Doctor Tells Cosmo Her *Exact* Night-Time Skincare Routine

In conversation with Dr. (Capt.) Deepti Dhillon, Founder and Director, Appleskin. Use these products in the PM, for amazing skin in the AM!

“I start with double cleansing—it’s the best way to get all the dirt off your face. I use Bioderma Micellar Water to remove make-up, then use the Chanel La Mousse Anti-Pollution Cleansing Cream-To-Foam to further cleanse skin. Step number two: a toning mist. They are super-important as they remove cleanser residue as well as salts, chlorines, and chemicals found in tap water that can severely dehydrate skin. I use the Uriage Thermal Water—it has mineral salts that moisturise, soothe, and protect skin. Next up, retinol. I use retinol on alternate days (excessive use can strip your epidermis), and alternate it with Skinceuticals CE Ferulic Serum. I then apply a few drops of rosehip seed facial oil (in upward strokes on my face, neck, and décolletage) to hydrate, and pat on some Advanced Night Repair Eye Serum.”
