The reverse eyeliner is in trend ATM and while you can use your black gel liner to create a look...why not ditch the regular and instead make it pop with your favourite colour? Use your liquid on the lower lash line or a colourful eyeshadow of your choice. Using a stiff tapered brush, flick out a wing and complete the look with oodles of mascara!

Use your bronzer as an eyeshadow

Whether it's a quick coffee with bae or an uncalled zoom meeting, there's nothing like a bronzer. Not only does it add an instant flush of colour to your face, but it also provides dimension to your eyelids. Apply it with a soft blending brush, right where your eye crease settles and your lower lash line to look put together in no time.

Don't be afraid of colourful hair extensions

For the minimalists, this one might seem a tad bit much but hair extensions are really great addition to your vanity. Whether you want a hot pink variant like Sara or something that's natural to add a bit of volume or length to your mane, the right style of hair extension can uplift your look.

Give a shot to one-done eyeshadows

If you don't know what one-done eyeshadows means, allow us to enlighten you. Basically, it involves using just one hue all over your lid to create a look. Running late for a party and still want to add a hint of glam? Opt for an iridescent eyeshadow with shimmers or chunky glitter. Apply it all over your eyes and complete the look with a pair of false eyelashes or mascara. Brownie points, if it matches your ensemble!

Go easy; go monochrome

The monochrome makeup trend has been around for a long time and looks like it is going to stay. And rightly so, given how it is so easy to cop. It also looks seamless and works with every outfit of yours. Take cues from Sara's makeup look which consists of taupe brown hues on her eyelids, cheeks, and lips.
