1. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has alkalizing properties that restore the natural pH levels of your scalp. Its enzymes penetrate your scalp, boosting hair growth and nourishing your strands at the same time.

All you need to do is take some aloe vera juice or gel, and apply it onto your (washed) hair and scalp. Gently massage it in, in a circular motion. Leave it on for about an hour and then rinse off. Repeat this treatment twice a week for best results.

2. Beetroot Juice

Beetroot is an excellent source of ​​protein, potassium, phosphorus, vitamins B and C and other nutrients that promote hair growth.

Take some beetroot leaves and boil them till the water reduces to half the initial quantity. Now add some henna and make a paste. Apply it to your scalp and let it sit for half an hour before rinsing off. Repeat this twice a week.

All you need is an onion and some cotton. Grate the onion and strain its juice in a bowl. Apply this juice onto your scalp using a cotton ball. Leave it on for about half an hour. Rinse off with cold water followed by shampoo. ​Apply once a week.
