Fitness and weight loss is most people's eternal goal. 

From ordering salads to cutting down on sugar, we're tried every basic to bizarre trick that we thought will help us lose weight.

Getting inspired from celebs to workout, to finally giving in and eating a whole chunk of cake at our friend's birthday party, the endless cycle of us trying and failing has got us wondering what people who successfully manage to get fit are doing.  Well, the answer to that probably isn't in this article.

There are always some celebs who struggle to keep weight on, like Gigi Hadid. The supermodel's quote 'Eat clean to stay fit; have a burger to stay sane,' was our go-to inspo for the days we just wanted to let ourselves go.

But, something similar with Kareena Kapoor Khan caught our eye on YouTube and we don't know what to feel anymore. 

After gaining nationwide appreciation for her post-pregnancy weight loss, Kareena Kapoor continues to be her fierce, unapologetic self, even when it comes to her eating habits. 

And her favourite food (to be more precise...breakfast) is something you definitely couldn't have guessed. 

Parantha — the great Indian bread famous for its amazing amount of calories, is in fact her favourite food.

What's more shocking? She likes to top it with ghee, which is probably a few more calories, right there.
