OMG. Lana added in the caption, "It’s happening! So excited to announce #ToAllTheBoysSequel is coming soon.... let's do this @ncentineo @jennyhan@toalltheboysnetflix @netflix" We're already overexcited.

Here's everything else you need to know about the sequel.

If you haven’t already watched To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before approximately 786 times since it dropped on Netflix, what have you been doing with your time?

Warning: spoilers ahead.

Based on the YA novel by Jenny Han, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before follows Lara Jean and the letters she wrote to – yep, you’ve got it – every boy she’s ever loved.

The letters are never supposed to leave Lara Jean’s hat box, but find their way into the hands of the boys they’re about. It's like sending that text to the very person you're talking about...

If you haven’t watched the film, here’s everything you need to know about To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before.

Author Jenny Han has actually penned a trilogy to follow Lara Jean and Peter’s romance. If there’s two more books, that means two more movies and social media is about to implode.

So, what do we know about the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before sequel so far?

Yes! Netflix confirmed on 20 December 2018 (aka the early Christmas present everyone deserves) that a sequel is definitely happening, with an Instagram video on actress Lana Condor's page.

"One more thing. I get to tell the fans about our new little secret. I am so excited! It's officially official! We are making the To All The Boys sequel!"

Noah Centineo, who portrayed Peter Kavinsky in the film, previously told Variety that the cast are *very keen* for a sequel, commenting, "All I know is that every single person involved in the making of that film wants a sequel. We've all talked about it in depth. I'll do as many as they want me!"

What is the title of the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before sequel?

The second novel in the trilogy is called P.S. I Still Love You (see what she did there?), and the third novel is called Always and Forever, Lara Jean.

When is the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before sequel’s release date?

Right now there’s no confirmed release date for P.S. I Still Love You, but as soon as we hear about it you will be the first to know.

Who will star in To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before sequel?

All your favourite characters are back in P.S. I Still Love You, including Lara Jean, Margot and Kitty Covey, Peter Kavinsky, Josh Sanderson and Genevieve, although I’m pretty sure Gen won’t be redeeming herself anytime soon.

Lana Condor and Noah Centenio are so in for a sequel – the on-screen couple have practically started their own social media campaign to get P.S. I Still Love You on Netflix.

SO: I propose we break the internet with this as to insure we get a sequel... feel me? ? @toalltheboysnetflix

In the second film we’ll also see more of John Ambrose McClaren, who you may have spotted in the mid-credits scene at the end of the film. Played by Jordan Burtchett, John is one of Lara Jean’s dreamy love letter recipients. We’ll also meet Stormy, an elderly woman with a feisty temper.

What will be the storyline for the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before sequel?

After that mid-credits scene, we know that Lara Jean has a new love interest in her life in the form of Model UN John Ambrose McClaren. His arrival could shake things up for Lara Jean and Peter, who are still having problems thanks to Genevieve.

Even though he’s not as big a character in the second book, Josh Sanderson is likely to step up his screen time in P.S. I Still Love You.

Lara Jean might also start, umm, scrapbooking at a retirement home, so that’s cool.

Noah has given some insight into what he hopes will happen in TATBILB 2...

Speaking about the sequel, Noah told The Metro: "I haven't heard anything, all I know is that everyone involved wants there to be a sequel. I absolutely want a sequel! I'm under that universe."

He added: "Maybe Peter can fall from the pedestal? Maybe he can change into not-so-good of a guy? Maybe we can show the dimensions to different people.

"How we can be heroes in one moment and villains in another?"

So we still have another few weeks (or months) to wait until a To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before sequel is confirmed, but we are so ready. Check back for everything you need to know about the film.
